Community Action Network Meeting
Caldicot Town Team is hosting its first of what will hopefully be many Community Action Meetings on Wednesday 11th January 2023.
Caldicot Town Team would like to invite you to a Community Action Network event at Store Twenty One, 6.30pm-8pm on Wednesday 11th January 2023.
CORE (formally Store 21) has recently been taken on by Caldicot Town Team as a centre for enterprise and community development. We now need to work together to realise the potential the space and to co-produce community activities. There are already plans to implement a community cinema, warm space, soft play and an enterprise area.
Topics for decision and community action on the 11thJanuary could include
· Tackling the Cost of Living
· Loneliness and isolation
· Wellbeing activities
· Opportunities for young people
· Circular economy and responding to the climate emergency
· Tackling anti-social behaviour
· Enterprise and entrepreneurialism
This is an open invite to all community members, projects and services that might want to use the space or have ideas they would like to share so please feel free to forward this email on to your contacts and post the poster on social media. The more the merrier!
